How to travel in Italy: The new travel rules effective from April 1st

From 1 to 30 April 2022, cites art. 7 of the Decree-Law no. 24/2022, you can travel with the basic Green pass, i.e. the one obtained following vaccination, healing, and negative swab (rapid or molecular), on the following means of transport:

  • planes
  • ships and ferries for interregional transport
  • interregional passenger transport trains

No Green pass obligation, not even basic, to travel on buses, trams and metro of local public transport.
