How much does it take a ride from Naples to Positano?
Usually, we count 2 hours of driving but sometimes the traffic makes the trip longer.

How long does it take to drive from Naples to the Amalfi Coast?
Approximately 2 hours under normal traffic conditions. Travel time may increase during peak summer season.

What is the difference between a taxi and an NCC private driver?
An NCC service (private hire with driver) is pre-booked with a fixed agreed rate. It includes personalized service, scheduled pickup, and optional stops. Taxis operate with a meter and cannot always guarantee availability or tailored itineraries.

Is airport meet & greet included?
Yes. Your driver will wait at the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name. Please provide your flight number when booking.

Do you monitor flight delays?
Yes. We track flight arrivals and adjust pickup time accordingly. Waiting time policy is specified in your confirmation.

Can we stop in Pompeii during our transfer?
Absolutely. Many clients combine a transfer with a 2 hour stop in Pompeii. Additional time and cost will be agreed in advance. We can buy tickets in advance and hire a private guide for you to give you a stress-free experience.

Are child seats available?
Yes, baby seats and boosters are available upon request and we offer them for free. Please inform us in advance.

How many bags can we bring?
Each passenger can normally bring one large suitcase and one carry-on. For oversized luggage, please notify us before booking. for example a sedan Mercedes E class is good for 2 people, but if you are 3 or more people, I would reccomend to ask for a Mercedes minivan

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, bank transfer and PayPal. You can oay all in advance or confirm reservation with a small deposit and compensation at tour arrival. Payment terms will be confirmed during booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer Free Cancellation terms up to 48 hours before the service to have a full refund of your payment in your confirmation email.

Are your vehicles insured and licensed?
Yes. All vehicles are fully insured for passenger transport and operated by licensed NCC drivers in compliance with Italian regulations.

Do you provide shore excursions for cruise passengers?
Yes. We are experts in shore excursions. We offer private shore excursions from Naples and Salerno ports, ensuring timely return to your cruise ship.

Can you arrange private tours with a licensed guide?
Yes. Professional licensed tour guides can accompany your tour upon request.

Do you offer transfers from Rome to the Amalfi Coast?
Yes. We provide long-distance private transfers from Rome airports, hotels, and cruise ports directly to the Amalfi Coast.

How long is a tansfers from Rome to the Amalfi Coast?
Usually, a ride from Rome to Amalfi is 5 hours long. We reccomend to breakdown the trip with a stop in Pompeii to visit the ruins, or a stop for pizza lunch, or a wine-tasting lunch on Mt. Vesuvius
