Our prices are predetermined on the basis of the selected tour and do not depend on the people number but rather from the means of transportation.
The actual payment is due at the end of the tour/service to the driver, payable in cash (€uros) only.

Please note that we don’t accept travelers’ cheques.

The price includes:

  • Private english or spanish  speaking driver
  • Fuel, higway tolls and parking
  • Insurance and maintenance
  • 22% of italian sale tax
  • Flight tracking
  • 1 hour free waiting at airport or station (our driver will wait for you, extra hour to pay)

Tips are NOT included in the official rates, they are optional (depending on the clients’ satisfaction) but always appreciated by the driver.
In Italy the tipping percentage ranges from 15% to 20%, it varies on service satisfaction.

In order to avoid spam we will only need your credit card information as a guarantee. We reserve the right to charge your credit card in accordance with our cancellation policy. It will not be charged unless you fail to provide us with a cancellation notice 7 days prior to the tour date, or you fail to show up without a notice.

Absolutely not! This is out of your control. A fee would be charged if the tour was cancelled for any other reason within the 7 days cancellation period.

A tour guide has a license, usually issued by the state/country. A tour guide has attended school to learn all about the sites you will see and is permitted to go into the historical sites with you and provide you with ample historical information. Their services are an additional cost.

As for a tour/escort driver is licensed to operate the vehicle but is not licensed in regards to going on sites. The tour/escort driver has not attended guide school.  However, we are well equipped in providing a great deal of information of the sites that you would be visiting. Their services will be more economical. The difference is that they can only provide the information while in the vehicle. Once outside the vehicle, they cannot as they would be fine by the public police.

Our escort driver will be waiting for you at the given location agreed upon.

  • If you are coming by cruise ship, an escort driver will be waiting at the parking spot of the driver where your cruise ship will dock with a sign of the family or party name.
  • If you are coming by plane, we will be waiting at the airport at the arrivals section, always with a sign indicating the family or party name.
  • If you are coming from the hotel we will be waiting for you directly in the lobby or just outside of your accommodation.
  • If you are coming by train we will be waiting at the end of the platform with sign of the family or party name.

The price of the tour/transfer doesn’t include entrance fees to museums o archeological site. This is just a transportation service, however you can always ask to us info how to buy the “skip the line” tickets or hire an expert archeological guide if you need it and we will be happy to help you and giving you the right assistance.

No! The price that you see at the end of booking process is the final price! The price includes:

As per our cancellation policy, we require a written notification/request to cancel via email at booking@amalfidriver.com  7 or more days prior to the tour date for cancellation without any penalty. Please include the name on the reservation, the number of guests cancelling, the group name/number and tour date.  Once received we will send an email confirming cancellation. Please note if this notification is received less than 7 days prior to the tour date, we do reserve the right to charge you the full amount due for your individual party within the group.

Pets are allowed to travel in the vehicles only if they have the proper kennel (like the dog kennel), due to the european driving rules.

Unfortunately our vehicles are not wheelchair accesible, but we can find collegues that can provide theright service for the situation.
