Naples Airport Closure in November 2026: Private Transfers to Salerno, Rome Fiumicino and Bari

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Naples International Airport (NAP), also known as Capodichino Airport, is scheduled to be closed to air traffic from 1 November to 30 November 2026 for major runway rehabilitation works.

If you are planning to arrive in or depart from Naples during this period, check your flight reservation carefully. Your airline may provide updated travel arrangements, including a different departure or arrival airport, a changed itinerary or alternative travel options.

If your confirmed airport is Salerno Costa d’Amalfi, Rome Fiumicino or Bari, AmalfiDriver.com can provide a quotation for a private transfer from your hotel, accommodation or another agreed pickup location, subject to availability and confirmation of the journey details.

Our aim is to help travelers move between airports and destinations in southern Italy with clear arrangements and a personalized transportation service.
